All courses and course materials must be paid for in full at the time of registration. Late registrants (i.e. after the commencement of the course) are subject to the full course fee and will not receive a discount for missed classes. All programs, prices and instructors are subject to change without notice. Non-sufficient funds (NSF) transactions will be charged $50.
Student Withdrawals
Courses, Camps, PA Days, Workshops, Programs
Students may cancel their registration with $50 administrative fee up to two weeks prior to the curriculum’s start date.
Withdrawals occurring after that date and up to the start of the curriculum are subject to a deferral in the amount of the registration with a $20 administrative fee, which must be used within 1 year.
Deferrals will not be issued a week prior to the start of the curriculum. (For courses only, after week one, transfers into another available class will be allowed within that current term. Transfers will not be allowed after the start of week two.)
**No refunds or make up sessions will be issued due to an individual’s absence during the programming.
Birthday Parties, Special Events
Participants may cancel with a $50 administrative charge fee up to two weeks prior to their scheduled event. Withdrawals occurring up to one week prior to the event are subject to a deferral in the amount of the registration with a $20 administrative fee, to be used within 1 year. No refunds or deferrals will be issued after one week prior to the date of the event.
Deferring or Course Transfers
Deferring Payment to Another Term
If a student withdraws from a course between two weeks prior up to the start date, they may choose to defer the payment from that course to one in the same or another term rather than receiving a refund minus the $50 administrative fee. In such a case, a deferral is subject to a $20 administrative fee and must be used within 1 year.
Deferrals will not be issued a week prior to the start of the curriculum.
Course Transfers
Students may transfer to another course within the first week of a course that term.
Transfers will not be allowed after the start of week two.
Course transfers are subject to availability.
Cancellation of Courses and Classes
In the event of a course cancellation, registrants will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be provided.
Courses may be delayed due to limited enrolment. In this case, registrants will be notified as soon as possible.
In the event of class cancellation due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, a make-up class will be arranged.
