Art with Your Heart: An Intuitively Guided, Mindful, and Colourful Painting Experience

Intuitive painting is a mindful, expressive, and healing way to create. Intuitive painting is about allowing yourself to follow your flow, having a joyful art making experience, and letting go of our expectations. It is a practice of being in the creative act. In this workshop, we will be introduced to the basics of Intuitive Painting techniques, learning to notice our inner experience while creating, and learn art-based mindfulness techniques to open our connection to our intuition.

The instructor, Raine, will support and lead the group through the intuitive process of creating a Fall Pumpkin image, but is also very open for folks to explore whatever feelings, imagery, and direction manifests throughout the painting process for them.  This is an opportunity to explore new techniques, be colourful, and take risks and chances in our art making! Let us dive deep into re-framing our painting experience into something big bold fall pumpkins.

All supplies are included with $20 Material Fee.
