[/fusion_text][fusion_text]The Art School of Peterborough would like to provide everyone with a camp package that gives you a general outline of our programs and day to day activities. We also require a Medical Consent forms for all children attending PA Days and Camps. This ensure the safety of your child(ren) and enables us to get ahold of you when needed. If your child(ren) need an epic-pen please fill out this additional form.
Please choose the appropriate package(s) below. Printing forms off at home and filling them out in advance will shorten the line ups during first day of camp. Please bring in all forms with you on your first day. Repeat Summer Campers forms will be kept just for the current summer.
